Echo Research and Practice is a new open access journal aiming to be the premier international journal for physicians, sonographers, nurses and other
allied health professionals practising echocardiography and other cardiac imaging modalities.
The journal publishes quality clinical and basic research, reviews, videos, education materials and selected case reports
across all echocardiography modalities and disciplines; including paediatrics, anaesthetics, general practice, acute medicine
and intensive care. Multi-modality studies primarily featuring the use of cardiac ultrasound in clinical practice, in association
with Cardiac Computed Tomography, Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance or Nuclear Cardiology are of interest.
Echo Research and Practice is the official journal of the British Society of Echocardiography and is also endorsed by a number of other collaborating
societies worldwide: working together to further research, education and practice in echocardiography.
British Society of Echocardiography members publish free in Echo Research and Practice in 2017. See T&C's*
